At Breezes by Steve, we offer worldwide shipping through our trusted fulfillment partners: Printful, Printify, Yoycol, Modalyst, and My Online Fashion Shop. Our products ship from fulfillment centers strategically located across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and beyond—helping reduce delivery times and lower our environmental impact.

Every order is either made-to-order or shipped directly from stock, depending on the item. This model supports sustainable, on-demand fashion while giving you access to high-quality global fulfillment.

We automatically route your order to the fulfillment center closest to your shipping address.
This means faster delivery, lower emissions, and a more efficient customer experience.

Depending on what you order, your items may arrive in multiple shipments, each with its own tracking number.

Once your item is fulfilled (2–5 business days), your order will ship with the following estimated times:

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

  • Product Condition: Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • You are only responsible for shipping fees if reshipping an unclaimed or undeliverable return.

Exchanges

We also accept exchanges to ensure you receive the right product.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in new condition and returned within the same 30-day window as returns.

  • Exchange Process:

Exceptions

Handling of Returns

For orders fulfilled by our Print-on-Demand partners:

  • Returns are automatically sent to the facility where they were fulfilled.

  • Returned items are stored at no cost for the first 30 days. During this time, you can:

    1. Request a shipping address change to have the item reshipped.

    2. Decide if you’d like to offer your customer a resolution or refund.

  • Unclaimed returns after 30 days will be donated to charity.

Additional Notes

  • In the rare instance of an undeliverable address or customs issue, you will be notified by email with further instructions.

  • If you use a custom return address (US-based, non-PO box), you’ll be responsible for managing the return.
